2. No Professional Advice

We do not provide regulated tax, legal, or audit services. For such matters, you may be referred to a licensed partner.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure your connected accounts (e.g., bank feeds, Xero) remain active and accurate.
• Provide truthful information during onboarding.
• Maintain backups of your financial records.

4. Fees & Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly.
• Cancel anytime.
• Full refund available within the first 30 days of service.

5. Service Availability

We aim to provide services 24/7. However, interruptions may occur due to maintenance, third-party outages, or unforeseen issues. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party platforms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Torch Accounting is not responsible for:

• Errors in third-party data sources.
• Losses due to reliance on reports without professional review.
• Regulatory penalties if filings are not within our agreed scope of service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved in New York courts.
